IDW Publishing To Release CSI: Dominos

In September, 2004, IDW Publishing will release a new miniseries based on America's number one TV show - CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

In CSI: Dominos, when mob warfare in Las Vegas leaves a string of bodies all over town, clues point to a ruthless murderer - one who may prove to be the most terrifying foe that Gil Grissom and the Las Vegas CSI team has ever faced.

CSI: Dominos is written by Kris Oprisko (CSI: Miami - Thou Shalt Not..., Underworld) with art by IDW's long-time CSI artist Gabriel Rodriquez. Joining the team to supply flashback and forensic artwork is brilliantly talented newcomer Steven Perkins.

"I had a great time working on CSI: Miami, and now I get to turn my attention to the Las Vegas gang," says writer Kris Oprisko. "Gil Grissom's a cool customer, but even he's going to be shaken up by the villain in this one!"

While noted crime writer (and CSI novelist) Max Allan Collins (Road to Perdition) will hand over the CSI reins for this miniseries, he will be working on CSI one-shots for IDW.

"I'm thrilled to be aboard for more CSI with IDW - the initials have it!" Collins said about the prospects of writing more CSI comic books.

CSI: Dominos #1 is a 32-page, full color comic book with a retail price of $3.99.
